Appreciation Developer
Purpose:
To appreciate student and community member volunteers within Passion Impact.
Description : Passion Impact is searching for students and community members who love showing their appreciation for others. This position demands an extremely empathetic individual who enjoys making others happy. The volunteer position will involve knowing volunteers personally and their contributions to the organization. Our ideal Appreciation Developer will be extremely creative, resourceful, and heart-warming. We stand for Community, Skills, and Passion and hope you do as well!
Duties:
- Develop an appreciation plan that correlates to impact of Passion Impact
- Meet with officers to understand what volunteers have contributed
- Create an internal appreciation plan
- Create a plan to show off those appreciated
Experience and Skills Desired:
- Positive communication through email, phone, Skype, and face-to-face
- Professional and/or volunteer experience in marketing, fundraising, events planning, volunteer coordination, or database management
- Team player

Committees meet monthly to do the behind-the-scenes work to ensure that the organization runs smoothly for the students we serve. If you prefer to build relationships with students, a Chaperone or Editor role may be more appropriate for you. Wherever you fit in, we welcome you!
