TEL HI’s Garden and Nutrition Program (GNP) is seeking passionate individuals interested in education, organic gardening, nutrition and community engagement. No prior experience required - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
Volunteer duties for the GNP include, but are not limited to:
- Garden maintenance when needed (i.e. watering, weeding, cleaning, planting, etc.)
- Teaching garden, nutrition and/or cooking classes (TB test may be required)
- Assistance in setting up, running or breaking down of special garden events
- Assistance in the office (i.e. research, networking, garden planning, curriculum development, etc.)
