SIRUM Charitable Pharmacy (SCP) is looking for volunteers interested or experienced in healthcare like you! SCP is a project of SIRUM, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that connects surplus medicine with people in need. Learn more at sirum.org or features in The New York Times, Forbes or Wall Street Journal. SCP was recently opened in Hillsboro to fill prescriptions for all uninsured and low-income patients in Oregon and is the first pharmacy to operate completely with donated medicine under Oregon's Charitable Prescription Drug Program.

We provide training in pharmacy operations, sorting, and data logging. No experience is required.

GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

The medication we distribute goes directly to people in our community. By volunteering with SIRUM Charitable Pharmacy, you will be helping your community neighbors gain access to the necessary medications they may otherwise not be able to.

CONVENIENT LOCATION

We are located right by the MAX Blue Line in Hillsboro.

FLEXIBLE TIME COMMITMENT

Volunteers are required to work 4 hour shifts, but you can choose how many shifts you want to work and when you want to work based on the times below. We prefer that you work more than a few shifts to get the most out of your experience, but we are very flexible and are willing to work with you to find a schedule that works best!

August:

M-F: 1-5 pm

Saturday: 9 am-1 pm

Starting September:

M-F: 2-7pm

Saturdays 9am-12pm
