Long Term Care Ombudsman Program

All classes are held at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, located at 2625 Zanker Road, Suite 200, San Jose, CA 95134

Tuesday, August 30, 2016 from 10:00 AM to Noon - Orientation / program overview

Ombudsman Certification Training is scheduled to be held on the following dates:

Tuesday - September 6, 10am - 3pm

Thursday -September 8 10am - 3pm

Tuesday - September 13 10am - 3pm

Thursday -September 15 10am - 3pm

Tuesday - September 20 10am - 3pm

Thursday -September 22 10am - 3pm

Tuesday - September 27 10am - 3pm

Wednesday September 28 10am - noon

Thursday - September 29 10am - 3pm

Tuesday - October 4 10am - 3pm

Thursday - October 6 10am - 3pm
