Provide comfort to families in the surgical waiting room. Answer telephone in waiting area to assist with communication for patients and guest/family/doctors/staff. Set up beverage and light snack service cart for waiting families. Maintain waiting area. Be warm helpful, warm and understanding to waiting families.
