- Strong written, verbal and oral communication skills
- Ability to create and proof read content, build marketing collateral for increasing awareness
- Responsible for marketing collateral from a community outreach perspective
- Increasing the Social media presence as part of overall marketing strategy
- Ability to work with Partners on joint marketing strategy to increase awareness
- Ability to fundraise for non-profits, previous experience is a plus
- Building a donor base and understanding maintenance of donor relationships
- For-profit fundraising experience is a plus
- Overall creative experience in helping the non-profit gain a stronger foothold to help scale in the community
