OUR SENIORS LOVE TO STAY ACTIVE!
We are looking for volunteers to come and do some soft exercies with our Seniors at 10:00am every morning. These exercises consist of chair work, arm circles, foot rolls etc., nothing strenuous but more of a limbering up for the day. If you could devote an hour or two per week, please call me as we would love to introduce you to our fantastic senior community.
