We are in need of someone who can help us with bookkeeping and/or accounting tasks tasks. Primarily:
- Updating account categories for better recording
- Generate and submit tax forms, including monthly TPT and yearly tax forms
- Audit/reconcile accounts
- Creating monthly profit/loss statements
- Help plan monthly budget/forecast
We are a small non profit organization, working very hard to grow and expand. We use Quickbooks Online and someone who is familiar with this platform woiuld be ideal, but accounting experience in another platform would be ok too.
The ideal candidate would:
-Be able to travel to our location in NW Mesa at least twice a month
-Be able to volunteer at least 8 hours per month
-Have Quickbooks online experience
-Have great attention to detail
-Have experience as bookkeeper/accountant for a non profit organization

Our mission as an international non-profit is to develop better ways to grow food and help others do the same. Our operations are based in downtown Mesa, Arizona. We are working on bringing the GP system to the rest of the world!
