Are you ready to play some ball? Volunteers are needed to coach all youth sports at the City of Dallas Park and Recreation Centers all over the Metroplex. If you have a few hours to volunteer per week to make a child smile, we have a recreation center near you that needs you as a coach.
Soccer, football, basketball and basketball are a few sports we need help with. Join the family of Park and Recreation volunteers and become involved. Our community needs you!

TheDallas Park and Recreation Department volunteer manual was developed as a reference and supplement to staff training on volunteer management.

It is through their commitment and efforts that the Dallas Park and Recreation Department can provide more diverse and higher quality services and programs to the citizens of Dallas. In order to maintain this important human resource, effective management is the key.
