EvergreenHealth Monroe hospital is looking for friendly people to provide short visits with patients. Training provided. Volunteers will visit with patient and offer help such as a warm blanket, help with the TV remote, reading material, etc. Volunteer position requires ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
Open Shifts 2 hours in length, AM or PM M-F. Training and onboarding provided.
Volunteer must pass background check and health screening.
Volunteer will need to complete a 6 month commitment helping once a week for 2 hours.
