We are excited for the restructuring of H.O.O.P. Foundation.
Let this serve as an invitation to join as Grantwriter/Researcher. We are seeking to add to our Finance Committee to support the empowerment of our youth, parents, and schools in Inglewood and surrounding South LA communities.
"Our mission, to empower urban communities by engaging them in enriching activities that will enhance and promote lifetime positive results
Grantwriter/Research support consists of:
- Reviewing exsisting documents and objectives
- Search and identify and exsisting funders, donors or philiantropist that match organizations mission.
- Attendance at Annual Board Retreat Participation on minimum one (1) Committee
- 2 -year commitment to support
- Provide report of any application submissions on behalf of the organization
- Track, monitor and provide updates of applications

Mission Statement
The Holistic Offering & Opportunity People (HOOP) - Mentoring Program seeks to be at the forefront of youth development, working with young people from disadvantaged economic, social and family circumstances. "The mission of H.O.O.P. is to empower urban communities by engaging people in holistic training environments that promote lifetime positive results."
Description
Our measurements of our youth achieving these individual objectives are: Promote Physical and Healthy Lifestyle Skills: Improve Academic Skills: Develop Social Skills and Cultural Awareness: And enhance Spiritual Skills: We will measure our youth based on their willingness to participate in our community outreach events. HOOP’s goal is for youth to recognize the importance of service before self. Instill Integrity and Truth: HOOP will assist our youth in developing their personal goals plan. We will review the plan with the youth and their parents.
