We need volunteers to help with an ongoing series of intro classes on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8 pm. Volunteers can help check in participants, take payments, and send evaluations to participants. For those who feel comfortable with the class content, you can also volunteer to lead one or more sessions. Sessions cover 2D design software, electronics tools such as the multimeter and oscilloscope, New Media Art, and 3D printing. No experience is necessary, we will train you on what you need to know.

The Hacktory aims to make technology of all kinds accessible to people of all backgrounds and skill levels. We encourage a self-directed approach to learning, and incorporate creativity and the arts into our programs as much as possible. Our programs include adult classes, after school programs, family workshops, and membership access to our advanced tools, including 3D printing and laser-cutting.
