ORGANIZATION: GreatNonprofits

Under the general direction of the VP of Business Development, the Donor Relations Manager will assist in the development, implementation and management of a stewardship program designed to nurture meaningful relationships between GreatNonprofits and our donors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and oversees the administrative and daily operations of the donor stewardship program;
  • Creates thank you and reporting templates to send to donors;
  • Coordinates with team members to create, produce and distribute reports to inform and appreciate donors
  • Donor stewardship database/project management updates, including Salesforce and Wrike

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, fundraising, sales, or marketing
    • Excellent Donor Management/Customer Relationship skills, including drafting customized thank you letters and donor reports, as well as crafting new templates
    • Excellent written communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • Creative and passionate about helping nonprofits and communities
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
