AIM is looking for positive men to mentor at-risk youth ages 12-18. It only takes one hour a week or 2 hours twice a month to make a real difference. AIM provides a mentor training 4-6 hours (flexible time over one or two sessions). Mentors and Mentees are matched based on interests and preferences. The mission of AIM is to support at-risk youth through caring adult mentoring relationships and innovative programming that empowers them to achieve their full potential and become valued contributing members of their communities.
Description
AIM is a 501(c)93) nonprofit youth-serving organization that was developed at IUPUI in 1996. AIM works with youth ages 12-22.
AIM's vision is that all youth will have access to the tools, resources and support necessary to develop their strengths, overcome barriers and successfully transition into happy, healthy, self-sufficient and contributing members of their communites.

AIM provides the following services for transitional and at-risk youth.
Youth mentoring, tutoring, career exploration workshops, employment coaching, culinary/food-based job training, and healthy cooking and nutriton workshops.
