The annual "School's Out, Make It Count" Out-of-School Time Conference is the largest annual gathering of youth program professionals in Arizona. This conference hosts over 750 attendees from over 120 youth programs from across the state, and features 48 professional development workshops, a keynote speech, an awards presentation, an exhibit hall with over 45 vendors, and a catered lunch.
We are in need of volunteers who can assist with check-in, the info table and luncheon setup between the hours of 9am and 12pm. Training will be provided on-site, and volunteers will be provided with lunch at 12pm.

Description
Because young people spend 80% of their waking hours outside of school, the Arizona Center for Afterschool Excellence is dedicated to improving public awareness and support for learning and personal development in those out-of-school hours. AzCASE serves as a hub for advocacy, public awareness, collaboration, and partnerships to advance out-of-school time programming using the following strategies on behalf of youth and families in Arizona.
