We would like to expand on the services we provide now such as Anger Management, Domestic Violence Sessions for the Batterer, and Parenting Skills Classes by providing a newsletter for our participants and local neighborhood as well as other communities who may bear the same problems we face in our community. The other goal for our newsletter is that it will serve as an opportunity for individuals to earn credit at school, gain writing and researching skills, and build their professional resume. Citizen Journalists is the name of the volunteer opportunity available for individuals who would like to provide articles, poems, short stories, even art work as a way to express the themes, problems and solutions going on that may surround family and community for our newsletter. A work must be submitted via e-mail every two weeks and a group meeting will be scheduled weekly at the organizations office.
