Coach a Girls on the Run (GOTR) program and inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident! Girls on the Run is an after school program for 3rd-8th grade girls. It is a 10 week program, meeting twice a week for 90 minutes. We use running to empower girls with life skills such as self-awareness, self-confidence, goal setting, team building, and more. At the end of the program we run a celebratory 5K with all GOTR teams, coaches, family, and friends.

**You do not have to be a runner to be a coach**
