We are Animanity, a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue club that rescues abandoned and shelter animals and places them in forever loving homes. We provide support, training and care to each animal in need. We aim to replace ignorance with respect and be the voice for those animals silenced by abandonment and abuse.

We are currently looking for someone to help assist our organization with the grant writing process.

Grant Writer Duties: Seeking an individual with some experience in grant writing to help research and draft grant proposals for our organization. Possible a student currently learning how to write grants and looking for experience. Must be dedicated and detail-oriented. Will be responsible for developing and writing grant proposals to foundations and other grant-making organizations. Must be willing to familiarize themselves with the programs, goals and financial needs of our organization in order to persuasively communicate with potential funders. Ideal for someone hoping to pursue a career in grant writing. Our schedule is very flexible, more or less just work when you have the time. Our minimum commitment is 4-6 hours a week and we are looking for someone who can make a 6 month commitment.
