Adrienne is a CHARMING and very BRIGHT resident at a nursing home in far south Austin. She has NO FAMILY in Austin and would really benefit from having a regular visitor. She is a former librarian, very charming, and enjoys having company.
Adrienne uses a wheelchair to get around. She is 79 and is waiting for a volunteer to visit her once or twice a month.
Contact us to volunteer with Adrienne. Flexible schedule and we provide training/orientation. The nursing home is located in South Austin past the "Y" at Oak Hill.

Description
Family Eldercare is a nonprofit agency that has been providing services to older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers in the Austin, Texas area since 1982. Programs and services include: housing and stability, in-home counseling, guardianship, virtual activities for isolated older adults, service coordination, and our annual summer fan drive.
