1) Program Assistant
Provide administrative support for staff. Duties include data entry and spreadsheet preparation, research, event supplies preparation.
Bilingual English and Chinese required. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Organized and attention to details.
2) Special Events Assistant
Assist in special events, Annual Gala, Annual Performance between June and August 2017 in Los Angeles area. Duties include setup and takedown, registration, greeting, traffic control, supplies replenishment, backstage assistance, etc.
Bilingual English and Chinese required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Organized and attention to details.

Sino US Performing Arts Organization is a non-profit organization established in 2012 with the mission of promoting and developing Chinese art and culture in the U.S., and fostering communication and exchange between Chinese and American artists. Its signature progarms include Chinese art training C Dream Programs, Culture of China, Festival of Spring annual performances, and much more.
