Toy Shop set-up- Tuesday, November 29 from 9:00 until 2:00 in Texas City. This day will involve setting up boxes that will hold toys and labeling them with paperwork, moving supplies that have been in storage and cleaning the distribution site.

Description
The Salvation Army of Galveston County provides a transitional residential program in Galveston that seeks to restore and rebuild lives in Galveston by providing temporary shelter, case management and education services, and tools for securing employment. At the end of their stay, it is our desire that each one who participates leaves with employment, housing and the tools to maintain both. In addition, emergency rent, utility and food assistance is offered to Galveston County residents. Church services are offered on Galveston Island and in Texas City on Sunday mornings for anyone in the community.
