Hello Volunteers:

A fabulous opportunity and event is taking place in Greenville again this year. The EURO Auto Festival. This event is one of the most important all-European auto festivals held on the east coast of the US. The event will be held at the Preserve at Verdae Green, and a link with additional information may be found at: http://www.euroautofestival.com.

This year, the Euro Car Festival has selected The Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas as their exclusive beneficiary of this year's EURO Car Auto Festival proceeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for our volunteer efforts to shine while at the same time benefitting from the Euro Car Festival and their generous supporters to assist us in the ability to continue offering families comfort and a healing place in their time of greatest need.

As you know, The Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas assists families of seriously and critically ill children by providing the opportunity for families to stay together and heal better. By keeping families close - the Ronald McDonald House offers a much needed oasis and the comfort families need. A link to their website may be found at http://rmhc-carolinas.org

We are reaching out to our volunteers this year to assist us in providing the Euro Car Festival with a very successful event. Your volunteer efforts will provide an opportunity for the festival attendees to experience another memorable event in Greenville.

This year volunteers will have their choice of times on two separate days where they can participate: Friday, October 20; and Saturday, October 21. (you may volunteer for both days if your schedule permits) There are several shift times and various assignments that volunteers will have an opportunity to fill.

For your convenience, please advise what day(s) and time(s) work best for your schedule and every effort will be made to assign you to your requested time frame. Please see the times and dates below available for volunteers:

Saturday, October 20 - time frame - 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Please reply with your date and time availability at your convenience.......(i.e. Saturday between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.)...and as the shifts are assigned we will be able to plug in your availability to match the volunteer assignments as needed. If you have any friends that would also like to participate in the Euro Car Festival as a volunteer and be a part of this very fun event, please feel free to pass along this e-mail to them and invite them to respond with their availability as well.
