The Glover Park-Burleith Farmers' Market is located in the parking lot of Hardy Middle Scool. Market-goers enjoy local food, live music, unique Pop Up vendors and children's games.
Volunteers have the opportunity to engage with the local food economy and learn about what managing a farmers market entails.
Opportunities include:
- Set-up / Break-down
- Interacting with market-goers and vendors
- Learning about federal benefit matching programs
- Social media and on-foot outreach
