Walk to End Alzheimer's is the Alzheimer's Association's annual signature event to educate, advocate, raise public awareness and funds for Alzheimer's disease research and support services. This walk in San Francisco is set to attract approximately 4000 walkers and 500 volunteers.
We are currently looking for event day photographers to capture all the moments at the walk from the event site to along the walk route. We are also looking for someone to take team photos at the event site. This volunteer opportunity is from 7:30am-12:00pm on Saturday November 9th at Pier 27.
Please review our Flickr account for examples of pictures from past year's San Francisco Walk to End Alzheimer's.

Description
We provide programs and support services for patients, families, caregivers, and others in the San Francisco Bay Area affected by Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. Outside the federal government, the Alzheimer's Association is the largest research funder in the country and offers advocacy opportunities to make public policy change.
At the Alzheimer's Association, diversity and inclusion are vital to our mission. The Association leads strategic initiatives to support diversity and a culture of inclusivity. These strategic initiatives also strengthen outreach to all populations, providing communities with resources and support to address the Alzheimer’s crisis. By partnering with organizations locally and nationally to advance diversity and inclusion, the Association can broaden its reach in all communities.
