Meet your Little Brother or Sister once a week at their school or at a local Boys & Girls Club.
Together, you can eat lunch, play games, help with their homework, or just chat. At the end of the day, it’s really about starting a friendship, providing guidance and inspiring a child to reach their potential.
Becoming a Big Brother or Big Sister is a fun and easy way to make a BIG difference in your community. All you have to do is hang out, have fun, and be a friend to a local child.

Mission Statement
The Big Brothers Big Sisters Mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported 1-to-1 relationships that change their lives for the better.
Description
For more than 100 years nationally and 50 locally, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and children ("Littles"), ages 7 through 18, in communities across the country. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people .
