Position Title:

Manager of Marketing (Volunteer)

Summary:

The Manager of Marketing will play an integral role in Patriot Placements by developing and implementing

marketing plans whilst working closely with the CEO and Manager of Fundraising to increase awareness of

Patriot Placements.

Report To:

CEO

Hours:

15 - 20 hours per week depending on your schedule

Location:

Virtual

Essential Functions

 Develop marketing and promotional plans to enhance visibility and increase community awareness.

 Proactively research and recommend new marketing programs and partnerships that help address key

business needs

 Manage social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments, keeping accounts

up-to- date and growing audiences.

 Other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

 1 - 2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or related field required.

 Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

 High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs.

 High energy, motivation, persistence, and drive for results.

 Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 The ability to write clearly and informatively.

 A clear and timely communicator who is highly self-motivated.
