The Web Content Writer is responsible for creating data-driven content focused on the Demandware brand and products to drive interest and engagement across the website and web advertising channels, including web pages, landing pages, SEO, PPC, display & social. This role will also be responsible for editing content for brand voice consistency & grammar.

The Web Content Writer will drive the creation of compelling, engaging web copy that inspires readers to take action.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing professionals in development of content for multiple vehicles including but not limited to website, blog, collateral, presentations, e-mail, press releases, advertising, etc.
• Assure content for all campaigns adheres to brand strategy and Health Innovators tone of voice
• Develop and support implementation of content marketing strategy and tactics
• Work closely with Social Media Manager and SEO Strategist to make sure brand strategy goals are met.
• Proven editorial skills with high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of working within a content management system (CMS) and HTML coding, working knowledge of SEO
• Collaborate with content contributors across the company, with an emphasis on web, content, product and digital teams, to produce compelling copy for the corporate website, content resources, advertising assets & landing pages
• Provide guidance on best practices for web writing & brand voice for additional content types such as email, blogs & social media
• Review digital content contributions with marketing team managers, executive leaders and peers
• Develop & maintain a library of materials for use across campaigns & purposes
• Own the copy development roadmap
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and team-building skills
