The Go Red For Women Expo is on September 12th at the Embassy Suites La Vista. This event raises awareness that cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer of women, we educate guests and provide them with tools to live a healthier lifestyle, and we raise funds for groundbreaking and lifesaving research.
There are three different volunteer shifts you can choose from.
- Monday September 11th Noon-4:00pm: Help set up for Go Red at the Embassy Suites La Vista. Duties include unpacking boxes, placing décor on tables, placing materials on tables, setup signage, etc.

The American Heart Association’s My Heart. My Life . is a comprehensive new health, wellness and fitness platform to empower Americans to get healthier. It’s an important component of the American Heart Association’s sweeping national goal: to improve the cardiovascular health of all Americans by 20 percent and to reduce deaths from cardiovascular disease and stroke by 20 percent by the year 2020.
