Join with others in Central Oregon to welcome a cultural exchange group from Costa Rica. This group of 15 adults from variety of backgrounds will be touring Oregon during the month of September, and will be in Central Oregon from the 20th to the 25th. Volunteer as little as 2 hours to help with a potluck or transportation--or for the entire week hosting a visitor in your home. Spanish language skills are not required, but if you are a Spainish speaker (or learner!) this is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills.

Partners of the Americas’ purpose is captured in our name: we build partnerships that create opportunity, foster understanding, and solve real-life problems. The Partners Network is comprised of volunteers and development professionals who are committed to serving others. Our partnerships are built around the core structure of chapters and student groups in countries and states that form bilateral and multilateral partnerships. In addition, we form inter-institutional partnerships between universities, development agencies and civic organizations and we utilize our network to implement a variety of programs. Inspired by President Kennedy and founded in 1964 under the Alliance for Progress, Partners is a non-profit, non-partisan organization with international offices in Washington, DC.
