STEMed Labs is on a mission to redefine what the educational experience of K-12 students should look like. We're looking for a program coordinator that shares our passion for changing the status quo in education to help drive the delivery of our programs.

Role Description:

You will work closely with the ED/President to define and execute on tasks associated with development and execution of programs. You will be working with our instructors and facilitators as well as partners at schools to ensure programs run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop program execution plans
• Manage tasks through Kanban system (we use Trello)
• Communicate with various stakeholders in a professional manner
• Perform site-visits to programs and assist instructors with any logistical issues
• Escalate issues to ED/President as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Ability to meet at our Capital Factory office
• Previous experience with program management
• Punctuality and professionalism
• Highly organized and attentive to details
• The ability to hit deadlines as agreed upon
• A "get it done" attitude
• Self-motivated (e.g. you don't need to be micromanaged)
