We are looking for volunteers to help with our annual Trail Run! Any amount of time you can spare would be appreciated. We need help with set up, registration, water spots for runners, and clean up. Please email or call Lauren to sign up! Lhrosch@gmail.com or 9372070251
Our run caters to all types of runners. We encourage runners trying to challenge themselves with an exciting 10k trail run, casual runners or walkers who want to enjoy a scenic 5k course, and those individuals who are simply #inspired to prevent cancer. Join us to help #FLIPcancer !

Description
FLIP is a cancer prevention nonprofit with a powerful mission and an inspiring run - Darby Creek 5K run/walk and 10K trail run. FLIP’s 5th annual trail run is an opportunity for us to come together as a community to honor those we’ve lost, encourage those battling and INSPIRE each other to take preventative action.
