About

Austin Habitat for Humanity (AHFH) is seeking DIY/Home Repair Workshop Volunteers in the ReStore.

Why?

Furthering our dedication to self-reliance, the Austin Habitat for Humanity ReStore has begun hosting free community classes on DIY, home repair, and basic construction skills. We are seeking individuals who are able to demonstrate a skill-based workshops on any topic that may fall within those categories. Examples may be how to lay tile, turn pallets into furniture, replace ceiling fans, etc.

- Ability to showcase project from beginning to end

- Can provide proof of ability to perform project

- Must be comfortable with public speaking/being filmed and photographed

Time Commitment

One workshop that will take, at minimum, 20 minutes.
