Then we want you as a volunteer at the MSU Museum!
Michigan State University Museum is committed to understanding, interpreting, and respecting natural and cultural diversity. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy connecting with the public and who care about learning to be part of our volunteer team at the Museum. As an information services volunteer, you can take your love of museums to the next level and be one of the main points of contact between the museum and our visitors. Information Services volunteers welcome visitors, answer questions, and can help give orientation talks to school field trips and other large visitor groups.
Anyone over 18 is welcome to apply and no experience is necessary--we provide all the training! If you’re interested in history, science, or education, apply today. For more information or to fill out an application, email museumed@msu.edu or call 517-432-1472.
