Equine and Arts Themed summer camp offered in July and August for children ages 6-12.
This is an inclusional program for typically developing children as well as those with special needs.
Activities include grooming, tacking, riding, games, trail rides, farm chores, hikes and expressive arts, culminating in a special Horse-Play Theater presentation, Art Show and Ice-Cream social for parents and family at the end of the week.
Campers are grouped 1:1 with trained volunteers according to their age, needs, and level of experience. New volunteers, age 14 and up, are encouraged to join us as and train as camp counselors!
Each week is its own session - commitment to 1 full week (9am-2pm M-F) is preferred - availability for all 6 weeks is NOT required! All training provided.
