Office volunteers can make an impact and gain meaningful experience doing:

  • program support
  • administrative support
  • event planning and administration
  • grant support
  • research
  • social media, website, and other communiciations efforts
  • publicity projects
  • book sorting and cataloging

Office volunteers must:

  • be available for at least 2 hours during regular office hours (M-F, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
  • have strong writing and comprehension skills;
  • have strong organziational and logical skills;
  • be computer literate and able to use a Windows PC independently, including being able to do internet research when faced with a technical challenge.
