We are looking for a professional, motivated individual to oversee our exceptional volunteers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and will be able to communicate with clarity and ease.
Candidates must be able to manage volunteers in an unstructured, nontraditional environment with the ability to stay on-task. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, scheduling and other administrative skills are crucial.
The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for keeping in regular communications with volunteers to assess performance, listen to any concerns, identify additional volunteer needs, and convey those items to the Board of Directors.
By volunteering you will have the opportunity to earn service hours and add valuable experience to your resume and successful volunteers will be eligible for reference letters for employment and school. Not only do the rats benefit, but our volunteers do as well!
