Ground Floor Opportunity for Database entry specialist needed for growing human service organization.
The Toby Center for Family Transitions is seeking one or two individuals to help immediately with a new database system being created for our records.
You will be working directly with our Director of Administration who assists initial client inquiries and prepares weekly productivity reports.
A new database consultant is now developing our database variables for excel format. We need someone with excel experience.
You will need to be an excellent typist. You will learn our workflow and reporting needs. You will be asked for your suggestions and we welcome your input as we continue to standardize our operations!
We expect to divide our data collections by function and so it will be likely that two people will be needed for our database work.
Not necessary, but if you live in North Orlando, Mt. Dora area, that would be awesome! You can meet with Meredith regularly face to face!
