Lobby Ambassadors may not be able to remove all the stress from the Hospital experience, but they can contribute in ways that help visitors, patients and their families feel more comfortable. By proactively addressing questions, concerns and requests, ambassadors complement the work of our staff and greet patients and visitors with a friendly smile and a great attitude. They help alleviate issues associated with directions, escort patients, and provide information to those looking for a little help. They are an important part of our team and are often the first face seen by guests who enter our facilities. Join us to make a difference in the lives of patients.
