We have a need for a Program Development Coordinator

The Program Development Coordinator (PDC) is responsible for planning, implementation, and oversight of training opportunities and training materials internal to the organization and externally to clientele, members, and participants. The PDC will work closely with the executive staff to develop modules, curriculums, and training and to assess for specific objectives and outcomes. This position reports to the Founder and BOD of the organization.

MISSION: PSM's mission is to empower, restore and equip single mothers and children through conferences, workshops, seminars, training, mentoring, prayer, bible teaching, and providing various resources to gain and maintain a holistic life as they raise their children. OUR AUDIENCE: PSM welcomes all single parents and their families regardless of their religious affiliation, age, ethnicity, and culture.

Description

The purpose of PSM is to enhance the lives of single mothers through thoughtful partnering and mentoring relationships. PSM will empower, restore, and equip single-parent families by providing professional services and mentoring opportunities via conferences, workshops, seminars, and training. PSM will leverage its community network to enable and provide resources to families allowing them to gain and maintain a holistic life while raising their children, our future.
