Volunteer Coordinator for HiTops Princeton Half Marathon

The Volunteer Coordinator is a key member of the HiTops Princeton Half Marathon operations team and is responsible for communications and task assignments to fill all 300+ volunteer positions. They will also coordinate the traffic volunteer safety training with the Police Department. The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills, is personable and friendly and has Excel knowledge. The job can be done from home but the coordinator will attend monthly race planning meetings. The estimated time commitment is a 3-5 hours per month in July / August, 7-10 hours per month in September and 5 hours per week starting in October until event day (November 6th). The Volunteer Coordinator will also have a role in both race weekend and event day.
