Foundation Fighting Blindness needs volunteers to help with our Annual Fort Worth VisionWalk. Help is needed with set-up, registration, route monitors, kids area, food service, and other various positions.

Mission Statement

The urgent mission of the Foundation Fighting Blindness (FFB) is to drive the research that will provide preventions, treatments and cures for people affected by retinitis pigmentosa, macular degeneration, Usher syndrome, and the entire spectrum of retinal degenerative diseases.

Description

Please join us for the inaugual San Diego VisionWalk, our signature fundraising 5K walk-a-thon fundraiser. This year's Walk will take place on Sunday, September 14, 2008 at Mission Bay Park in San Diego. Registration begins at 9:00 A.M. and the Walk starts at 10:00 A.M. Volunteer opportunities are available from 7:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. The Walk is a great family day for all!
