SEEKING: A team with guts achieving the opening of the first hotline whose mission is to prevent violence and homicide.
Are you passionate about being part of a new resource to prevent violence and homicide?
LIFE TARGET, based in NYC ( www.lifetarget.org) would love you to join us! We are a new non-profit 501(c)3 organization looking for passionate change-makers who would donate their time to help set-up a violence and homicide prevention hotline.
Are you a self-motivated, innovative, and results-oriented person?
LIFE TARGET is looking for enthusiastic and organized volunteers who can commit to a minimum of three hours per week.
Volunteers will assist with an assortment of administrative tasks, which include drafting press releases, internet research, making phone calls, working on special projects, and different campaigns.
Experience in grant writing would be a plus!
Qualifications: Excellent organizational written and verbal skills, computer literate and passionate and respectful towards people in despair.
