Assist program staff in meeting the most immediate needs of residents!
Responsibilities include:
* Greeting everyone who enters the facility and answering phones
* Assisting clients by answering questions, distributing toiletries, organizing mail and taking messages.
* Overseeing sign-ups for drop-in services
* Completing other tasks as needed
Qualifications/skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* General computer/phone/fax skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Time Commitment: 4 hours per day 1 day a week; 4-6 month commitment required.
