MOSI is proud to be the 2016 host of the Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC) Conference Sept. 23rd-27th at The Tampa Convention Center in downtown Tampa. ASTC is a global organization providing collective voice, professional support, and programming opportunities for science centers, museums, and related institutions, whose innovative approaches to science learning inspire people of all ages about the wonders and meaning of science in their lives.

We are needing 29 volunteers for Friday, September 23rd. From 7am-5pm at the Tampa Bay Convention Center Located at 333 S. Franklin St. Tampa, Fl. 33602.

Duties for this day include:

Way finders, Session Volunteers, Registration Volunteers and IT Help Desk Volunteers.

If you would like to volunteer for the Friday, Sept. 23rd Conference Day, please contact MOSI's Development Coordinator, Libby Hopkins at 813-987-6030 or email her at libby.hopkins@mosi.org.

If you are volunteering for school, fraternity, sorority, or a community service club, you will be provided with a letter of hours verification. Also, MOSI will be tracking hours for this event. If you volunteer for 100 hours or more at MOSI's special events throughout the year, MOSI will give you a FREE basic membership of 5 to MOSI. That means you and 4 of your friends or family members can visit MOSI FREE for one year! Thank you!
