Position Summary: Assist with general office administration that is vital to ASDR’s continued success. Collaborate with our Family Support Service Team and our Public Education programs by answering and directing calls, greeting clients and the general public, creating and maintaining documentation, and organizing files.
Admin volunteers will also manage the local database
Role Responsibilities / Tasks
- Assist with Office reception
- Creating client, program, & volunteer packages
- Assisting with event preparation
- General administration tasks such as photocopying and filing
- Manage the local database
