Board certified M.D, D.O., NP, or PA to volunteer time to see patients in a free clinic who are uninsured or underinsured. Primary care clinic offers physical exams, chronic disease management for diabetes, hypertension, asthma, etc. Opportunity to work every week, or as desired, including once a month, every 2 or 3 months. Our goal is to give access to patients who may otherwise end up in the E.R. or with catastrophic incident. We serve a lot of diabetic, hypertensive, and asthmatic patients who need to be seen routinely. Excellent staff support and great medical professionals to work with. Clinic is open Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Our mission is to provide free primary healthcare through volunteerism to working adults who otherwise would not be able to afford access to quality health care. We want to keep our communities healthy and our citizens on the job and out of the ER.
Description
The Clinic utilizes volunteer medical and professional staff to provide primary health care services, information and referrals for adults 18 years of age and older who are medically uninsured. We provide an office visit, appropriate diagnostic testing, annual physicals, access to medication in order to help the underserved and underinsured community.
