A. Event Introduction
International Youth Fellowship (IYF) is an international NGO for youth, established in 2001 and has branches in 80 different countries in order to resolve realistic global problems and to raise leaders equipped with international awareness through culture exchange.
The 2016 IYF World Camp is taking place from August 14 th - 18 th at the Ontario Convention Center. In Addition, during the 2016 IYF World Camp, there will be an IYF Culture Fair where 50 countries around the world will have their own booths on display, as well as the Gracias Music Concert at Grand Park on August 14.
B. Content of the Event
● Name of the Event: IYF Culture Fair & Gracias Music Concert
(Cultural Performances, Exhibition, Food, Cultural Dance Competition, Community Concert)
● Date: Sunday, August 14, 2016. 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
(Set-up starts at 6:00 AM, Music Concert starts at 7:30 PM)
● Venue: Grand Park (200 N Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012)
● VIP reception: Sunday, August 14, 2016. 5:00PM
Place (TBD)
● Participants: Approximately 10,000
(Volunteers are recommended to be there at 10 AM until the closing time of the concert. Packed lunch and dinner will be provided to the volunteers. The dance performers should be present from 12 PM until 6 PM. They will be performing with other groups from 4 PM to 6 PM.)
