Foster Home For Penny in Southern CA!

Penny was saved from Carson Shelter where she was dumped at age 9 with two massive ear infections. The infections were so bad that it caused her damange and she has trouble with her balance. She is a little wobbly when she walks and has an issue with judging the depth of things. She was also severly depressed after being left at the shelter only to go into a kennel at our adoption center. We suspect Penny was either abused and/or several neglected. It also doesnt help that she was declawed and therefore rendered defenseless.

Penny needs to know the love of a good human so she can become confident and not be afraid of people. She deserves a safe environment and to know love. She is not getting enough attention in our center and really needs a home to work with her so she can feel safe enough to be the loving cat we know she is.
