As a volunteer for the Information Center, you will have an opportunity to meet visitors from across the nation and around the world.
Shifts are 9-1 or 1-5pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Choose one day a week or several. We are very flexible with time off.
Duties:
Greet visitors with a warm smile and a courteous offer of assistance.
Listen to the customer and pay close, undivided attention
Go the extra mile
Be enthusiastic
Provide visitors with accurate information.
Familiarize yourself with the area businesses.
Utilize resource files as needed and make copies when necessary.
Assist with other duties/projects requested by the Supervisor.
We are observing social distancing in our info center. Only one group allowed in at a time. Volunteers will retrieve desired information for visitors upon request. Masks are required.

Description
While the Chamber strives to promote all business, our goal is to improve the level of value that a membership with the Carefree Cave Creek Chamber provides. Continued improvement with communication through our website and social media, along with additional and improved networking and marketing opportunities for our members, are two examples of what your Chamber priorities are this year.
