Help make the County Fair low waste!
The Dakota County Fair is August 8-14. Dakota County is looking for volunteers to educate about recycling and organics collection at waste stations during the fair. No experience necessary!
There will be multiple waste stations (bins for recycling, organics and trash) around the fair for attendees. Volunteers will show attendees how to dispose of their recyclables and organics in the correct bin.
By volunteering, you will receive free admission to the fair for that day and a t-shirt. Complete instructions will be sent to volunteers before the fair begins.
